SABAAN Nordic AB | Consultancy builds on the experience and legacy of Sabaa Consulting Services, established with a belief that lasting development requires strong institutions, sound policies, effective leadership and the ability to turn strategy into action.
Built on more than two decades of international development and financial sector experience, the consultancy has evolved into a multidisciplinary advisory practice supporting clients across Europe, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Today, SABAAN brings together senior international and regional expertise across economic transformation, financial sector development, institutional strengthening and governance, private sector development, gender equality, sustainable finance, digital transformation and related disciplines.

In Yemen, North Sabaa Consulting, based in Aden, provides local capacity for stakeholder engagement, contextual knowledge and programme implementation. Leadership
Experienced Leadership
SABAAN's consultancy practice is led by Bushra Nasr Kretschmer, an international development and financial sector advisor with more than two decades of experience working with governments, development finance institutions, financial institutions, international organizations and private sector stakeholders across Europe, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
Her experience spans economic transformation, financial sector development, institutional strengthening and governance, private sector development, inclusive finance and women's economic empowerment. Together with SABAAN's multidisciplinary network of senior experts, she leads assignments that combine strategic thinking, technical expertise and practical implementation.
